Norton Hall Band “Come Ye Sinners”

Come, ye sinners, poor and needy, Weak and wounded, sick and sore; Jesus ready stands to save you, Full of pity, love and power. Come, ye thirsty, come, and welcome, God’s free bounty glorify; True belief and true repentance, Every grace that brings you nigh. I will arise and go to Jesus He will embrace me in his arms In the arms of my dear Savior O there are ten thousand charms Come, ye weary, heavy laden, Lost and ruined by the fall; If you tarry till you’re better, You will never come at all. I will arise and go to Jesus He will embrace me in his arms In the arms of my dear Savior O there are ten thousand charms Let not conscience make you linger, Nor of fitness fondly dream; All the fitness He requireth Is to feel your need of Him. I will arise and go to Jesus He will embrace me in his arms In the arms of my dear Savior O there are ten thousand charms I will arise and go to Jesus He will embrace me in his arms In the arms of my dear Savior O there are ten thousand charms In the arms of my dear Savior O there are ten thousand charms

Thank you, Lord, for loving me so much. I will never find another love like you. My Savior, my Father.. hallelujah!

I have listened to this beautiful hymn about 50 times within the last 2 months.

  • if you tarry till you are better, you will never come at all….the only affliction He requires is you to feel your need of Him.

  • FIRE. Keep it up Norton Hall Band. Like anybody needed ANOTHER reason to go to Southern.

  • Sounds great! What are these ten thousand "charms" ?

  • Reminds me of this unfailing pursuit of our God for our souls. He is willing to forgive and heal and make me whole! Astounding!!!

  • So sad I can't like it twice. So beautiful, so encouraging!

  • Reformed Library

    One of my favorite songs!

  • What does the charms mean?

  • Terrific!!!

  • I can't put into words how much i love and appreciate you all. Your music is beautiful and it is so worshipful. It is full of grace and love and truth. Thank you. God bless you richly. You are so ministering to weary hearts like mine.

  • He [Christ] came 'To hear the groaning of the prisoner; to loose those that are appointed to death' (Psalms 102:20)

I will arise and go to Jesús,
    He will embrace me in His Arms;
In the Arms of my Dear Savior,
Oh, there are ten thousand charms!

  • I feel my heart strangely warmed. Chills and butterflies.

Those choirs singing artsy arrangements just don't get.how powerful this anthem is when you just let the truth shing through. Or how difficult it is to make the music sound so effortless.

  • Great rendition. Thank you!

  • Love the arrangements, stay true to original hymn.

  • This style of music makes it sound like you are the sinners who need to come. Okay, call me judgmental, but this isn't worship. It's entertainment at the expense of Jesus blood, and that's blasphemy.

  • Best version of this song I have ever heard.

  • I've played this song about 150 times since discovering it. It is BEAUTIFUL!

  • RUNNING FOR THE CROWN

Been a while, def needed this to hear this today.
